| NEW Burlington Farmers’ Market – NOW OPEN! 2:00 – 5:00 pm every Sunday through October 26. Burlington Outlet Village at Exit 145, next to the Hanes Mill Outlet Building. Local farmers and craft vendors are waiting to serve you at this great weekly event, offering easy interstate access (Exit 145), a central location, ample parking, and a great site for a family-friendly market! Come support your local farmers and artisans as you enjoy the bounty of our region with wines from the Haw River valley, grass-fed beef, pork, farm-fresh eggs, homemade preserves, pickles, and relishes, and a wide variety of fresh seafood – and an abundance of high quality, seasonal fruits and vegetables. In addition, we have talented craftspeople and artisans, who offer handmade one-of-a-kind creations. When you visit, stop by for a great ready-to-eat meal from the Barbecue Joint – with much more than barbecue – and don’t miss the delicious gourmet Loco Pops! For those of you who've been trying to find the time, our information area features a VOTER REGISTRATION booth, as well as a different Community Partner each week. We also provide fun, wholesome children’s activities, including PONY RIDES, crafts, face painting, giant bubbles, and lawn games, to make this an event the entire community will seek out and cherish. The market runs every Sunday afternoon through the end of October. If you are (or know someone who is) interested in receiving a vendor application, please contact our Market Manager, Rachel Rose, at burlingtonfarmersmarket at aacre.com.
